If the delivery address does not have a lift and needs to move the stairs, there will be no charge for accumulatively 4 steps or below, and HK$100 for each floor starting from 10 stairs.

An additional HK$200 remote area surcharge is charged for Ma Wan and Lantau Island, HK$380 for Kwai Chung Container Terminals 1-10, and HK$250 remote area surcharge for Discovery Bay.
